6 and under
the Becker Children’s Wing: SOMEBODY! How it works
This interactive exhibition takes visitors on an
adventurous passage through the human body.
Explore the senses inside a model of the brain. Crawl through the heart and learn how blood
is oxygenated in the lungs. Get familiar with digestion by entering the
mouth, climbing over the
tongue, and taking a slide into the stomach where the
process is described in sights and sounds.
Throughout, the need for good health habits is stressed.
The Monmouth Museum’s traditional model train display
returns to amaze young and old alike.
